This is a chef run course that teaches all participants how to easily create fantastic fresh sausages at home, full course notes included.

The session covers everything from food safety to mincing, prepping, seasoning, filling and cooking your sausage creations.
This is a hands on course where you will create, eat and take home great tasting snags!
